Life Trials

Life isn't always fun. I would know, I'm going through some really tough trials right now. But, through it all, I try my best to keep my head up. I read this on a flair on facebook, and it always seems to make me smile, it says "When life gives you lemons, make grape juice. Sit down, relax, and let the world wonder how you did it." I love it, because it shows that you can make the best out of things, and give the world something a little unexpected.

Being the same is just, so boring! Stand out, that's my motto. You shouldn't follow the crowd, because then you're not yourself, you're a zombie follower like everyone else. It's not exactly bad, but you shouldn't wear clothes that other people are wearing unless you like them, not just because other people are wearing it. You also shouldn't be afraid of wearing you own kinda thing, because who knows, maybe you could set a fashion trend? You shouldn't have to be like anyone else. Being an individual is just fine.

No matter through the thick or the thin, don't forget to stay strong. It might be tough, but just don't fall down. Don't be afraid of standing up for your beliefs either, don't just let people pull you around and control you. It will just end up hurting you and you really shouldn't go through that. Bully's are a great example, you shouldn't let them harass you and hurt you. It's okay to get an adult involved. It needs to be stopped, don't just take in everything that they say because then your self pride will get hurt. That's what they want to happen, and it's up to you not to let them win.

Enjoying the last few days of summer

I had a pretty fun day today! I woke up at 7:00 A.M. today to start cleaning my house, but I showered first, then I finally started cleaning! I cleaned until around 11:30 A.M., and that's when I started getting ready for the day. Like doing my make up and stuff. Then I started cleaning the last bit of mess around my house before my friends came over. Halle was the first one to get to my house. Everyone else was a little late. But it was still funn! I hung out with 7 people! Halle, Ashlyn, Kaleb, Wyatt, Miscia, Ciera, and Duncan. It was so much funn, we were all waiting on Ciera to get to my house before we went to the park, and when she finally got there I started talking to her, and we hid. It was sooo funny! We were hiding in my carport, where my boat is, and then my little sister found us so we decided to give her the mail (because I grabbed the mail) and to tell the people in the house that she found the mail and doesn't know where we went. But we hid behind my boat. They didn't believe it for a minute. They said that we were okay. So about 5 minutes after she came and told us, Ciera and I just decide to book it down the street, but of course, they saw us. My little sister scream out the door saying how they saw us. We just kept on running though! We finally found a spot and sat down. A few minutes later here comes my little sister. On her bike. With my shoes. Haha :) Because I didn't have any with me, and I told her I didn't need them, but Ciera took them for me just in case. Which I am very, very thankful about! There was lots of pointy rocks... We had to slide through the fence to get to my back yard, and there were lots of pointy rocks just right outside the fence. So I put my shoes on and walked across them. Then I left them in my back yard while I was hiding. And of course, once again. My little sister found me, and she took my shoes into the house. The back door was locked so I was just going to walk across the little path, in my back yard, and walk through the front door, but what I didn't know was, it had lots of pricklies on the ground! Yea, it wasn't to fun to step on... So Ciera went and unlocked the back door for me and let me in. It was such a relief! I would have died! Just sayin.

The others already left for the park, so when we were done getting ready to go, we left for the park. We just talked and goofed off. We sprayed people with water, and played on the playground. It was lots of fun. Then Miscia, Duncan, and Ashlyn left , so it was just me, Ciera, Halle, Wyatt, and Kaleb. We went back to my house and ended up watching Rio. Which wasn't too bad! I actually liked it! After that we just hung out until people left. It was lots of fun, and I'm glad I was able to hang out with my friends. Especially because school starts in 3 days! It was a well spent day, and I would love to do it again soon!

Dances are the best:)

So, I had a multi-stake dance yesterday. It was the best. My friend Ciera came and got me on her way over to the dance, and we got to the location it said on the dance card, but no one was there, but a few other cars, and all the door were locked. We were so confused! So we drove around a little bit to try to find the place, we even went and looked at other churches, but still, we couldn't find it. We were so confused, so we called Duncan, and was asking him about it, and he didn't know anything about a new location, so we were all very, very, confused. But then Ciera got a text about a new address, and then Duncan called saying he got a new address, we had to make sure and check it was the same, and it was, yay! So then we finally arrived at the dance.

We got out of her car and walked over to the table, because they had to check our dance cards and everything, and they asked us if we were ready to dance. We didn't say anything, and so they said they wouldn't let us in unless we said we were, so I was all like "OH YEA! WE SO ARE!!" haha, sooo, they let us in! We walked over to our group of friends, and started saying hi and everything. We were all outside btw, it was suppose to be an outside dance, but then, crazy winds hit us, and it started raining. The tent thing over the D.J. started to fly away, so we had to move it inside. Which isn't such a bad thing, my dress and hair were flying all over the place! Haha.. ANYWAYS!.. We moved into the gym, which was really small. It got really hot, really fast. But it was still fun! I partied it up! That was the purpose right? Later in the dance though, my friend Crimson found this really cool spot in the gym! It was sooo awesommmeee, so our whole group moved over there, because it felt nice and everything, and partied even more! It was so much fun! But I kept accidentally hitting people, and stepping on them.. Haha, but then people did the same to me too.. So it works out right?! Yea, I would assume so! But, I got to dance with a really cute boy;) Which was amazing! So, I had an amazing night, even though we had difficulties trying to find the church, but it all payed off!

My August 5th

Sorry guys. This was suppose to be posted last night. But my internet crashed and would Not come back up. So here's my post from yesterday, today!

So today wasn't a bad day! I woke up at 7:30 A.M. and got ready for the day. I thought my Grandma was going to come get me and my little sister at 9:30, but she didn't, she didn't think we would be up and ready by then, so she ended up getting us around 11:30 A.M. We took my Aunt to get pay her rent. After that we went over to my Grandparents house to help them with some chores.

But first, I had a grilled cheese for lunch, I was really hungry and it was really good! After that, We started pulling some weeds out of their garden. When we were all done with that we vacuumed and washed the floors/mats in her car. It was fun! But it was really hot! I was a Smartie and wore black today also.. Haha.. It was really hot outside too... But finally, I got done scrubbing her carpet. Which was good! And I went inside and we made some cotton candy!

My Grandma has this really cool cotton candy machine! You can make cotton candy out of hard candies! So you can have sugar free cotton candy and what not! It was amazing! I was having issues trying to put it on the stick, but then I finally got the hang of it! I was proud! 

When we were done with the cotton candy making, my grandma showed and gave me some clothes and this adorable dress! They're all sooo cute! But when I got home and tryed it on. I did not like the dress, at all. It's cute, just not on me. It's Jody, from Dillards, I absolutely love their dresses! 

My little sister also wanted to go to the pool today. But my Dad said no, so he took us to the gas station by our house and bought us some ice-cream instead. We both picked out the Twix ice-cream bar! I love them, they are delicious. Besides that, I haven't really done much. To tired, I talked to some of my friends though, which is good, I plan to go to bed soon and catch up on sleep! 

Busy Busy

I know I still haven't wrote about my camp experiences. But I've been kinda busy lately! Camp was amazing, and such a wonderful experience! I've learned a lot up there, and I have also bonded with a lot of the girls who also went. Through the rain and sunshine, there was no drama, it was a happy time for all of us. We learned many things we can and will use in our daily lives. I'm very glad I went. Who knew that no electricity, ice cold water, and sleeping in cabins, would be as amazing as it was?

We also went on a hike on Thursday. It was so amazing! I took so many pictures! The scenery was so beautiful! I'll tell you that! I lost my camera case though! But it's okay, I lived! After the hike I washed my hair! Oi, was it cold. But my hair smelled like green apples :) Yummy! It was Suave brand, we did our hair and nails, and then went to water-front! (Which is canoeing in the lake they have!) We did a bunch of other things that day also. We were there from July 26th-July30th, and it was simply amazing!

I'm back!

I know I said I would write all about my camp experiences today, but I'm just going to do that tomorrow, realllllly sleeeeepppyy O.o haha, g'night world!
